Job Responsibilities:
Ā· Manage the full, end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates, to driving offers.
Ā· Prospect for potential candidates using a variety of sourcing tools, i.e business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, directing recruiting, existing database and internet advertising.
Ā· Interview and assess potential clients on their personality, culture and abilities to find an ideal fit for the role.
Ā· Drive the offer process, including extending offers, negotiation, closing offers.
Ā· Provide guidance for new hires through the on-boarding program to assimilate into the new work environment.
Ā· Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop innovative outreach strategies for branding-management (i.e. contribute ideas and collaborate on campaigns).
Ā· Proactively manage recruitment channels and monitor applicant flows, suggesting enhancements to attract a more targeted audience.

Ā· Are highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative.
Ā· Highly organised with detail minded and confident using Microsoft Excel.
