Job Requirement:

1. Education and Experience:

· Min. Master's degree or PhD in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Organometallic Chemistry.

· At least 3 years(PhD)/5 years (Master’s degree) of working experience in research and development and product management role. Significant R&D exposure to specialty chemicals or semiconductor wafer fab environment is considered advantageous.

Incident Management is part of the Response and Recovery whose aim is to respond to an incident in the manner that will reduce the impact and risk to the organization as much as possible. Marketing Assistant Responsibilities

As an e-waste marketing assistant, your primary responsibility is to support the marketing team in promoting and raising awareness about the company's e-waste recycling services. You will work closely with the marketing manager and other team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that will drive customer acquisition and retention.

Your general duties and responsibilities:

1. Conducting market research: You will gather and analyze data on the e-waste recycling industry, including customer preferences, market trends, and competitor analysis. This information will be used to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
2. Developing marketing campaigns: You will assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing. This may involve creating engaging content, designing promotional materials, and coordinating with external agencies or vendors.
3. Managing social media presence: You will help maintain and grow the company's social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media metrics. This will help increase brand visibility and engagement with potential customers.
4. Supporting website management: You will assist in updating and maintaining the company website, ensuring that it is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines. This may involve creating and editing website content, monitoring website analytics, and implementing SEO strategies.
5. Assisting with event planning: You may be involved in organizing and promoting events related to e-waste recycling, such as workshops, webinars, or conferences. This includes coordinating logistics, managing event registrations, and promoting the events through various marketing channels.
6. Tracking and analyzing marketing performance: You will help monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This may involve tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and preparing reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven marketing decisions.
7. Providing general administrative support: You may be required to assist with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.

Skills and qualifications:

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
2. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
3. Basic understanding of SEO principles and website analytics
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
7. Familiarity with the e-waste recycling industry is a plus

Job Duties

• Perform administrative tasks such as routine data entry assignments, logistics support, etc.
• Assist project coordinators and engineers in the implementation and facilitation of projects
• Track and oversee assigned aspects of projects, including monitoring project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring milestones are met
• Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required

Job Requirements

• Conducts production meetings between Yard’s subcontractors, supervisor and ship’s staff to clarify work scope, co-ordinate sequence of work, update schedules and other contractual matters, as and when required
• Ensures works are carried out according to the job specifications in terms of quantity, quality and meeting Class/Owner requirements by developing test plans and arranging for inspection and survey for the Superintendents and Classification

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or relevant apprenticeship training in a marine trade
• Knowledge of various workshops dealing with specialised works in the industry
• Able to perform scheduled night duties when required
• Attend to vessel’s needs during weekends and public holidays
• Travel within the country or abroad for ship check
• Good knowledge of marine industry skills in any discipline
• Knowledge in Hull, Mechanical, Piping & Electrical will be advantageous
• Good planning, organization, control, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
