• Well-versed of UCP rules, ISBP 745, ISP98, URDG, URC, URR rules and incoterms rules
• Demonstrated good experience in partnering with various key stakeholders and being an effective team player
• Candidates with CDCS qualification will be preferred

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Welcome members upon arrival and assist guests according to established standards and procedure.

· To handle all F&B aspects and any other items requested by guests.

· To provide information, courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and every guest’s request.

· Assist in baggage handling

· Be constantly alert on procedures and existing SOP with business partners

· Must have the team work spirit amongst colleagues of all levels so as to ensure all work flow can be executed diligently.

· Consistently have a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times when on duty to both internal and external customers.

· Other ad-hoc duties

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

· Possess a Class 3/3A driving license (preferred)

· Able to work on shift rotations,weekends and public holidays

· Familiar with Changi Airport’s rules and regulation is an advantage

· Physically fit to carry out task, carry bags of up to 30kg if required

· Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated and responsible

· Training will be provided

· Able to work permanent night shift

Responsibilities

• Onboarding of clients (customers & financial institutions)
• Work closely with front office on documentations required for account opening to ensure completeness
• Liaise with relevant team for the setting up of account in the system
• Maintain customer documentation both in hardcopy and imaging file
• Conduct KYC/AML/CFT checks on new client and periodical review on existing client
• Maintain and update client database, ensure data are accurately recorded in the system
• Keep abreast of regulatory, policy and procedural requirements
• Perform any other tasks assigned by superior/head of department

Requirements

• Bachelor degree/Diploma with related banking experience preferred.
• Possess positive attitude, pro-active and a team player
• Able to multitask, work under pressure and detailed oriented

Job Description

• Actively engage in daily logistics operations, handling the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of AOG/Critical aircraft tools.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and achieving KPI targets.
• Co-ordinate with other sections and departments to ensure efficient operation within division.
• Liaise with vendors on purchase and repair of aircraft tools.
• Upkeep operations / training records and coordinates for authority / customers audits.
• Comply with airside safety rules and regulations.
• Track expiry dates for tools and equipment.
• Maintain the paperwork for tools management.
• Upkeep of his department’s equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Run the maintenance and repair program for aircraft tools (troubleshoot or liaise with external vendors).
• Train staff for minor troubleshooting works on aircraft tools/equipment.
• Ensures briefing on technical handling matters and safety issues are conducted for staff.
• Any other duties as assigned by Operation Executive.

Requirements

• Higher NTC or Diploma in any Logistics / Supply Chain related discipline
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a team to achieve results.
• Class 3 driving licence.
• Willing to work overtime and on weekend when required.
