• On-site Supervision of the following areas: C&S
• Assist the Resident Engineer in carrying out supervision works on site and also assist in supervising & co-ordination with other Resident Technical Officer at site;
• Quality control of all civil, structural and architectural works;

What you will be doing:

• Lease Management: Oversee leasing activities, including the preparation of Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements, and collaborate with solicitors on lease documentation.

What we’re looking for someone who’s:

• CEA Qualified: Meets the requirements to be registered as a salesperson with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
