Responsibilities

• Deliver Clinical Applications Training to customers
• Develop and conduct clinical application training to ensure that the customers can safely and effectively use the system maximising image quality and productivity
• Support trade shows and conferences by performing product demonstration
• Implement and manage customer specific account strategies to drive utilisation
• Troubleshoots product issues on/off sites and identifies any product usability issues
• Communicates customer feedback to the appropriate functions in the company
• Support the Sales by demonstrating our products to potential customers

Requirement

• Min Deg in Biomedical Engineering / Science / Radiography / Nursing / other relevant courses
• Experience in medical industry is preferred
• Good listening skills
• Excellent presentation skills
