MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data collection and analysis of semi-structured interviewsand surveys.
2. Writing of manuscripts and conference presentations.
3. Specifically, the tasks encompass the following.

• Conceptualisation of psychosocial & behavioural studies.
• Development of study instruments - surveys andinterviews.
• DSRB submissions and approvals.
• Data collection for large-scale survey, including recruitment of participants, administration of surveys, disbursement of cash or voucher of participation, and data entry.
• Data analysis on large-scale surveys.

• The role of the Executive (Medical Affairs / Clinical Governance), Clinical Services, is to plan, execute and support the functions of the Clinical Services Office. He/She will work closely with the Chairman, Medical Board, Deputy Director, Clinical Services, Clinical Heads, other staff members of Clinical Services, internal and external stakeholders.
• The Executive will also have the opportunity to participate in other roles within the Clinical Services office for growth and development (e.g. projects, clinical programme management, licensing, service development).

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive professional matters for Medical staff including managing Visiting Consultant appointments, and Service and Quality Component processes, in close collaboration with Human Resources.
• Manage the credentialing & privileging (C&P) application and recredentialing process, including maintaining the privileging databases and provide secretariat support to the C&P committee.
• Manage the clinical governance processes and providing guidance on setup and reporting by Clinical Board subcommittees.
• Manage doctors related matters, including secretariat support to the Junior Doctors’ Committee, management of call rooms and doctors’ events (e.g. Doctors’ Night, feedback sessions).
• Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate/work on the development or update of Clinical Services’ policies and work instructions.

As a Manager in Clinical Research and Governance, you will play a pivotal role in managing the quality and safety programs within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Quality and Safety Programs: Coordinate and support the implementation of clinical quality and safety initiatives within the organization, ensuring compliance with established standards and continuous improvement of care delivery.

Quality Models and Standards Development: Actively participate in identifying and developing quality models, designing and implementing audits, and managing risk-related activities. Collaborate with relevant departments to establish and maintain high standards of clinical governance.
