Requirements

• Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT experience with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud.

• Conversant with infrastructure definition tools such as Cloud Formation and Terraform, and with YAML/JSON deployment templates.

Job Description

• Work together with the Operations Nerve Centre (ONC) team for the development of Building Management System (BMS) control logic for cooling systems, BMS user interface, alarm system, user manual and BMS programming
• Participate monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving the BMS related issues

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and prepare the measurements and cost estimates for the construction projects from initial calculations to the final accounts.
• Prepare contract documents in accordance to the regulations.
• Prepare cost analysis and monitor project overruns to ensure the objectives of the project is achieved.
• Access payment and variation works to subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Communicate with the management, sub-contractors and keeps track of the progression of the sub-contract.
• Any other adhoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Entry level or with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in LTA project, or similar scale, complexity and nature of work will be advantages.
• Location: Tampines.

Job Description:

• Ensure compliance and practice of Company's engineering works comply with all relevant Statutory standards, Regulations and Codes of Practices in conformance with local standards and legislations.
• Responsible for planning and forecasting of budgets and timelines to assure that the project is accurately completed to schedule.
• Tender preparation.
• Manage and communicate with internal/external project teams including relevant Authorities and relevant parties about engineering works and project schedule to comply with all project requirements with agreed procedures.
• Prepare submission reports, specifications and other necessary documents for approval and application to meets both Client and legislations requirements and specifications.
• Responsible for planning and forecasting of budgets and timelines to assure that the project is accurately completed to schedule.
• Identify, analyze and evaluate problems encountered and propose the effective solution approach.
• Any other duties as assigned assigned by immediate superior or Head of department.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or other related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Words, Excels and Outlook
• Minimum 6 years working experiences in building construction
• Proficient with AutoCAD and other drafting softwares
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We are looking for a talented storyteller to further strengthen Kingsmen’s branding efforts globally. This role provides communication support for the Group across its keys markets. In this role, you will provide support for all internal and external communications activities for Kingsmen. From planning to execution and administrative duties, this role is vital in ensuring key messages and consistent content are distributed through various channels within the Group. This role offers a well-rounded experience in multiple areas of corporate communications and gives good insight into the function of communications in a globally recognised organisation.

A Day in the Life

• Together with the Manager of Corporate Communications, manage branding and publicity for Kingsmen.
• Develop and produce corporate communications collaterals including but not limited to newsletters, Annual Report, EDMs, press releases, web content, presentation slides etc.
• Manage onsite branding content & signage within Kingsmen HQ
• Curate multimedia content (e.g., animation, video clips, etc) for social media and website.
• Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external corporate events, working closely with multiple departments and regional teams.
• Manage and coordinate other stakeholder visits.
• Contribute and assist with Kingsmen’s CSR efforts
• Support external communication branding initiatives.

Who we are looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, English or equivalent
• 2 years of copywriting experience
• 2 years of social media experience
• Excellent writing and grammar skills with a strong attention to detail, and appreciation for clever one-liners
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and deliver projects concurrently and under tight deadlines
• Exuberant personality; one who is a dynamic team player - meticulous and independent

Salary will commensurate with candidate's working experience and qualifications.
