· Prepare cost estimations and detailed man-hour calculations

· Monitor and record work delay/progress and prepare scheduling reports

· Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern to project management

Requirements

· Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

· Experienced Primavera P6 user with minimum 1years of project planning experience using P6Experience

· Ability to work independently and communicate clearly and able to work at site environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Support continuous improvement efforts in QMS.
• Support in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns.
• Analyze and provide timely respond to customer complaints.
• Interface with Customer and Operations to ensure new product transfer to manufacturing are in accordance with approved requirements.
• Prepare Quality performance metrics and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Quality Management System in manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001. Knowledge of API Q1 is preferred.
• Strong command of English language, both oral & writing.
• Knowledge of metal working industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of risk assessment principles and methods.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Positive & proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures proper implementation digital computational and IMS (EIMT) system as per contractual and project requirements.
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders for developing and follow-through EIMT implementation.
• Ensures proper implementation and services for Petrobras Site Office requirements as per contractual requirements and obligations.
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to set up and provide services for Petrobras Site Office requirements
• Coordinates Petrobras Team visit to Fab Yard/Site(Singapore).
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to track and update Brazillian Local Content as per contractual and project requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering disciplines, Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply
• Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply (On Job Training will be provided)
• Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a senior role
• Possess positive and willing to learn attitude
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
