Job Responsibilities
â—Ź Leads Follow Up & Conversion: Follow up with leads via text and phone calls to schedule
appointments at the showroom.
â—Ź Leads Conversion: assist sales designer / business development manager and follow up with
leads for sales conversion with signed contracts. Sales training can be provided if required.
â—Ź Social Media and Digital/Online Media: Monitor social media posts' reach, engagement,
performance and record data for analysis
â—Ź Content Creation: Work with the marketing team, actively involved in brainstorming content
creation, presentations of concepts, and research on trends and directions.
â—Ź Events Management: Assist with event planning and execution
Requirements/Pre-requisites
â—Ź Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or
equivalent.
â—Ź At least 1 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
â—Ź Deep interest in building customer relations, customer experiences and business success.
â—Ź Excellent copy-writing and content writing skills.
â—Ź Creative, versatile and in-tuned with market trends.
â—Ź Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
â—Ź Experience in sales, business development, leads generation, social media and digital marketing
execution skill sets will be a bonus.
â—Ź Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers.
â—Ź Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese languages is essential.
