• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Responsible for management and budgeting of cash flows
• Review effectiveness of internal controls with respect to payment cycle
• Updating of cashbook and timely posting to the General Ledger
• Assist in the monthly closing of accounts including preparation of accounting ournals and quarterly GST filing
• Handle general office administration matters
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of automobile industry is an advantage
• Photography skill is an advantage
• Possession of a driving license is an advantage as well
