Community relations are responsible for managing all community development initiatives throughout Vanguard. This role plans, develop and implement programs to promote community awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize communications strategies during CEE meetings and contribute ideas for internal Vanguard events
• Lead or support to build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, grassroots, schools and volunteers as well as local community leaders
• Effectively develop full range of written materials such as contributed articles and write-ups, CEO speeches, marketing materials and reports.
• Work with healthcare institutions such as MOH, MOHH and AIC on seeking clearance on articles and write-ups
• Work with departments to develop communications / marketing collaterals when needed

Volunteer Management

• To conduct briefings to volunteers at commencement of activities
• Develop a feedback mechanism for the Volunteers who have served in Vanguard
• Attend meetings relating to volunteer activities e.g. Volunteer Committee, Public Education, NCSS meetings relating to volunteers’ activities
• Plan regular Support Group meetings and Volunteer Get-Togethers, Volunteers’ Appreciation functions in conjunction with various departments in Vanguard which use volunteers

Requirements:

The Culinary Administrative Executive will provide essential support to the culinary team across all kitchens at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, including Nobu Singapore. The Guest Relations Executive is an essential part of the Front Office Team. Welcoming guests to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience at check-in, during the guest’s stay, and on departure. This role works to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during their arrival and departure, plus responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with Four Seasons service standards.
