Objective of the role

1. Work closely with the markets in SEA, HK & Taiwan to implement the approved Marketing strategy for the Elizabeth Arden brand and all the licensed Brands
2. To support and assist the Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) in all areas to ensure the objectives of the Marketing Department are met.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce

• Work with RMM to review product exclusivities and mechanisms with local markets to ensure attractiveness to target audience
• Work with designer to set up product listings, shop-in-shop designs, banners, creative adaptation and ensure content are aligned with brand and promotion plan

Digital

• Work with markets on website update where necessary

Social

• Work with local markets on monthly social posting calendar
• ·Work with RMM on social content analysis and follow up with markets

PR and Influencers / Events

• Work with RMM and local markets to execute PR/influencer strategy
• Support the coordination & planning of events and other related tasks such as press kits, post event reports

Forecast Management

• To assist with the coordination and consolidation of forecasts for innovations efficiently
• To extract historical data for analysis and review with RMM

Visual Merchandising Maintenance

• To follow regional transparency and Visual Merchandising strategy and work with markets to ensure in-store excellence across all locations
• To ensure that the internal picture library is updated every time market visit is done

Assets and Content Management

• To send and follow up on creative requests for assets
• Coordinate, request and provide assets, product information and necessary documents to local markets during new product launch and where necessary
• Coordinate creative briefs and manage timeline between markets and to designer

Other Marketing Support

• To coordinate and support all necessary information, tools and ad hoc requests between Global team and the markets
• To assist on the development of a monthly newsletter to share best practices and success stories across the region
• To assist with any other related projects, reports, and tasks

• Degree holder in business/marketing
• 1-2 years of marketing experience will be preferred
• Team player with interpersonal and communication skills
• Keen interest in beauty products and retail
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Adobe Photoshop (will be a great added value)
• Occasional traveling may be required

Job Description

• Responsible for maintenance for all properties in the group (residential and commercial).
• Troubleshoot and identify mechanical/electrical systems and making corrective actions to solve issues.
• Source for comparative vendors/contractors to carry out facility maintenance/repair work.
• Provide guidance to new tenants on building fit-out procedures, vet tenant's design and M&E submission and be responsible for hand-over of property by tenant and follow up of defects identified.
• Oversee and check the daily operations of Security, Housekeeping and general maintenance of the building.
• Hands-on for minor rectification works.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum GCE O Level/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent and/or at least 3 years of relevant working experience

Responsibilities:

• Delight customers with effective responses to customer’s enquiries, preparing quotations and tender documents and invoices, liaising with vendor to procure parts for *on the job* purposes.
• Collecting and storing commercial information from various sources, responsible for compiling reports and presentations as required; prepare, maintain and update clients’ files; and assist in collecting and analyzing commercial information.
• Prepares and consolidates contract documentation for contract signing, performs checks on the contract documentation and handles disputed views in contract variation, when required.
• Coordinates with relevant departments and tracks project milestone for timely issuance of work completion certificate for invoicing purposes.
• Handles billing and invoicing based on the contracted payment terms and liaises with estimation team members on the project costings and follow up on payment collection and liaises with customers and legal on complicated payment terms, including reporting to management on issues that would considerably affect the cost and delivery of the project.
• Collates and manages customers feedback by trending and tracking the returned rate of completed customer feedback forms from customers for further improvement.
• Any other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma in business or related field of study.
• At least 3 years working experience preferably in marine related industry.
• Familiar in negotiation with subcons and vendors for specialized and complex repairs works.
• Good interpersonal, organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Meticulous and comfortable with large amount of admin work.
• Willing to work in Tuas, with company transport provided.
