Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Job Description

• Assist on rates quotations / filing / maintenance / renewal of quotation & contracts.
• General administrative functions relating to pre-sales activities.
• Supports the customer contact by preparing customer documents.
• Supports the customer planning and implementation process.
• Provides customer information and supports the identification and qualification of Sales leads.
• Engages customer periodically with Key Account Managers / Sales for active interactions and involvements.
• Coordinates support of the Sales organization by the Sales Support Specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Assist company secretaries in managing a portfolio of companies by preparing resolutions, and minutes for directors and shareholders, attending to the opening and closing of bank and other corporate accounts, and updating account mandates.
• Ensure timely lodgement of documents with ACRA and maintain statutory records and a computerized client database.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial work, familiar with Singapore corporate secretarial practices and the Singapore Companies Act.
• Preferably an ICSA holder or a candidate from a polytechnic or university planning to pursue the ICSA course; ICSA membership is an added advantage.
• Proficient in technology with the ability to learn, adapt, and leverage digital tools.
• Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay informed on organizational initiatives and priorities.

E-Marketing Strategy Planning:

• Work closely with the Commercial Manager in developing and overseeing the online retail strategy for Singapore and potential new markets in Asia Pacific across all channels to drive business growth.

• A good degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
