The incumbent will act as a key member for one of the most sought-after Master’s programmes at the NUS Faculty of Science. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and secure new customer accounts and explore new business opportunities.
• Detect sales shortfalls and collaborate with the manager to develop strategies to address these gaps.
• Keep track of competitor activities and deliver a monthly report.
• Regularly visit customers to gauge their needs and strengthen customer retention and relationships.
• Formulate and implement channel strategies to meet sales goals.
