Job Description:

• Efficiently understand business and market demands, actively participate in project initiation, planning, implementation, and tracking control to ensure that projects are developed and completed according to specified requirements.
• Responsible for product planning for user-facing products, including various optimization designs. Must efficiently understand business processes and execute corresponding planning, delivering high-fidelity prototypes.
• Monitor product performance, track user feedback, analyze business data and competitors, and continuously optimize the product.
• Conduct research and track industry markets, analyzing the current state of the industry and competitors to understand the key factors for product success or failure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 1-3 years of experience in internet product design, game product design, interactive experience design, product operations, or user acquisition; must have completed the full development process for at least 2 significant products.
• Capable of independently completing the planning and design of user-facing product processes; sensitive to visual and interactive details, with a user-centric mindset and experience in designing large-scale products for the general public.
• Strong ability to work independently, a positive attitude, dedication, and strong organizational skills; excellent communication and coordination abilities, with a good spirit of teamwork.
• Proficient in product tools such as Axure and Moqups, as well as common tools like PPT, Visio, and XMind (Mindmanager).
• Strong logical thinking, self-driven problem-solving abilities, data analysis skills, and project management capabilities.
• Candidates with experience in designing casual or card games will be given priority.
• Must be able to speak Mandarin due to the need to speak to Chinese speaking stakeholders
