• To perform safe entry for staffs, workers, visitors and contractors
• To safe guard the premises through surveillance and patrols
• Identify and report unusual or suspicious movements in occurrence
• Perform access control duties at the check-point
• To monitor CCTV surveillance when required
• To update and report any fire alarm activation

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• ‘N’ Level or ‘O’ Level
• 1 year working experience

Work safely in accordance with HSE regulations and policies

• Coordinate, supervise and perform building facility maintenance and rectification

• Facilitate interface with suppliers and term contractors for regular and ad-hoc maintenance activities

• Conduct routine checks including air-conditioning system, electrical, fire protection, plumbing system, etc. to ensure they are operating correctly

• Identify potential issue and highlight to supervisor/manager proactively

• Respond to users’ requests and alarms and report any fault to the supervisor

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities and services including plumbing systems

• Conducting the necessary mitigations in order to make safe, isolate fault and resume operation

• Troubleshoot and rectify minor maintenance issues (bulb replacement, plumbing and part replacement)

Job Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / in Building / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent;

• Possess technical knowledge of general building systems

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Building Technician or similar capacity

• Able to converse well in English and a 2nd language

• Familiarity with building maintenance practices and safety procedures is preferred;

• Organised and have good interpersonal skills.

• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure;

1. The Workplace Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer shall assist the Safety Manager for the development and implementation of HSE strategies, procedures, training, monitoring and reporting.

2. Ensure overall project safety, environmental & quality plan(s) are properly implementing.

3. Carry out site inspections, liaise with the person in charge of the works and superintendents to see that safe methods of work are in operation, and that all statutory/government regulations and the consortium’s rules are being observed;

4. Review method statements in related to risk assessments

5. Review the overall safety performance of subcontractors and analyse information on injuries and damage to identify any particular hazard or trend.

6. Conduct safety training for all levels of employee & keep records of such training.

7. Promote safety to all levels of employee by holding safety promotion activities, safety campaigns.

8. Identify and continually review project management staff’s training needs and ensure records of all trained personnel are properly kept in the site offices.

9. Arrange for site staff to attend health & safety training

10. Arrange regular meetings to review any H&S issues regarding authority applications, complaints, noise issues, management system and on-site performance on their projects;

11. Keep up-to-date with recommended codes of practice and new safety literature and circulate information applicable to all levels of employee;

12. Conduct / arrange audits in accordance with the requirements of the safety plan.

13. Be familiar with the emergency procedures and set a good personal example.

Job Requirement:

1. The HSE Officer shall be full-time in office and at site (onboard vessels) upon commencement of any works on site.

2. Prior experience not required, but should have related educational certification or from SCDF

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager with public relations aligned with the project’s master work programme.
• Manage and address public feedback and complaints; support press and PR matters.
• Distribute authority-approved notices (pamphlets, letters) to the public before work starts.
• Brief nearby residents and stakeholders about construction impacts prior to each stage.
• Attend and arrange public relations meetings with the project team when needed.
• Ensure advance communication on road closures, traffic diversions, etc., to minimize inconvenience.
• Provide periodic updates to the public on construction activities.
• Prepare monthly reports on public feedback and actions taken.
• Maintain positive public relations throughout the construction period.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Public Relations Officer in the construction industry, specifically on HDB or LTA projects.

• Prepare and send monthly statement of account and reminder letters to customers.
• Generate monthly AR aging reports and provide updates on account collection status.
• Investigate and resolve balance discrepancies, performing account reconciliations as needed.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer account information in the System.
• Handle additional tasks and ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in credit control and collections is advantageous
