With business expansion, we're looking to hire a Singapore based Service Technical Officer to provide service to regional key accounts.
For this role, you will need to
■ Commission, calibrate and maintain the performance of the sensors;
■ Provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
■ Communicate with clients’ engineers and other technicians to ensure that
services are delivered effectively.
■ Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
■ Prepare presentations and conduct training to the customers to keep up to date with
the latest developments of the sensors;
■ Write reports and present findings to the Manager after each service visit.
Job requirement
■ Diploma in any field (engineering related major is preferred)
■ At least 2 years of technical service experience within engineering space,
candidates with engineering background are welcome to apply.
■ Team player and independent, good communication skills.
