• Drive development of creative, connected and disruptive social media content for the CGC, in line with global policy and guidelines
• Ensure consistent messaging, focusing on approved core topics to position the CGC as a thought leader in the industry and in the region
• Guide the CGC on when and how to participate in influential social media activations linked to core topics
• Consider paid and earned opportunities to unify messaging and positioning
• Maintain strong understanding of current industry, thought leadership, social media, and health policy trends affecting the MedTech APAC reputation, franchises and brands

Qualifications

Education:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 15 years experience in employee communications and executive communication support with a focus on reputation-building work
• Knowledge of J&J or healthcare industry with a track record in supporting global or regional senior executive communications is value added
• Successful in connecting and naviagting in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated ability to produce excellent results in a high pressure, high visibility role
• Exceptional writing ability and proven expertise in executive communication, including speechwriting and presentation development is required
• Deep understanding of major trends, challenges and opportunities in the external environment, including the health care industry, government policy, technology and data transformation, human demographics and behavior and geopolitical influences
• Self-directed with proven project management skills, excellent judgment and demonstrated ability to lead in ambiguity and bring people together to solve complex problems
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a complex crisis or issues
• Expertise in obtaining, analyzing and synthesizing information – demonstrating exceptional reasoning and critical thinking
• Ability to engage, influence and lead with all levels of leadership
• Strong desire to be an effective and supportive team member and to contribute proactively to group success
• Political campaign or key social media leadership experience is valuable
• Journalism experience of high profile global or regional media outlets is a bonus
• Experience in a highly regulated environment is valuable

Scope:

▪ Handling of incoming phone calls and recording phone logs.

▪ Update and file leave & MC to EO & EAS.

▪ To conduct wipe down using disinfectant for front counter daily after recess and after lunch and for chairs at visitor waiting area daily at least once a day

Qualification:

▪ Minimum GCE “O” level

▪ Preferably with experience in a school environment

▪ Good communication and inter-personal skills

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 7:00AM to 4:00PM

Work location: Woodlands

Scope of works:

• Responsible for handling telephone and walk-in enquires/requests on school events and general school related questions
• Perform administrative and logistics duties for teaching staff and supervisors.
• Taking care of students at sickbay and maintain record of them.
• Data entry and record keeping.
• Any other work assigned by the Administration Manager.

Requiments:

(i) Minimum 2 yrs experience working in secondary schools.

(ii) Minimum GCE "O" or "N" level certificate or equivalent.

(iii) Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

(iv) Be conversant in English and Mandarin.

Mondays to Fridays: 7:00AM to 4:30PM

• Service not required on Sundays, gazetted public holidays.
