What you will do:

In this role, you will be instrumental in the ownership, planning, creation and execution of strategic communications and will serve as the communications partner to members of our APAC leadership team, specifically for the Southern Asia and Pacific (SA&P) region, which includes India, Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Job Summary​

This is a 6 months contract role and you will be based in our plant office at Tuas. Company transport is provided to all our employees working at Tuas. 5 days work week, 7:45am to 4:45pm.

Responsibilities

• Be actively involved in talent acquisition for internal sourcing, preparing the job descriptions, posting job advertisements, liaising with recruitment vendors, interview & assessment to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Execute interview schedule with hiring manager and follow it up to get hiring decision
• Monitor and manage employee referral scheme and channel the referral to interview process if it is fits the requirements.
• Support in Recruitment exercise where applicable, e2i, ITE,
• Support onboarding activities such as work pass issuance, conducting new hire orientation.
• Provide monthly recruitment and headcount data and reports. Update in hiring status where necessary.
• Assist in salary analysis for Job Group 1 candidates and ensure it fulfils guidelines.

Preferred Requirements

• Some working/internship experience in HR field is desirable.
• Able to commit at least 6 months contract with us.
