Job Responsibilities:

· Cleaning and housekeeping of office, doors, tables, cabinet, window and meeting room

· Maintain and ensure pantry area is clean and tidy

· Washing and cleaning of basins, sinks and toilets

· Vacuum, sweeping and mop the office floor area

· Emptying of waste bins and disposal of trash

· Replenish consumable items, such toilet rolls, dish/hand soap

Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain Safety Management System, Safe Work Procedures, and Risk Assessments.
• Identify improvement areas and monitor implementation of recommended measures through site inspections and team engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to plan, implement, and maintain effective WSHE work plans.
• Investigate WSH infringements and industrial accidents, recommending preventive actions.
• Handle incident reporting, investigations, and propose corrective measures.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, GGB, ConSASS, and Bizsafe.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on WSH issues.

Requirements:

• Registered WSHO & ECO Officer
• At least 5 working experience in construction industry (design & build/industrial warehouse)
• Working experience with A1 or A2 construction company.

Key Job Responsibilities:

· Work closely with Operations Department in project delivery to fulfil project requirements, preparing project drawings, proposals and technical submissions

· Coordinate with Professional Engineers for design calculations and endorsements

· Liaise with customers to prepare and submit drawings, calculations and submission documents

· Responsible for maintaining design and technical specifications of equipment and materials, project drawings and submissions

· Involved in annual ISO audit

· Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed

Pre-Requisites:

· NTC or ITC or diploma in architecture or equivalent qualifications

· Experienced in AutoCAD 3D and BIM, and able to understand architectural and structural drawings

· Team player who is independent, organised as well as able to multi-task within tight deadlines with strong work ethics and communication skills

Job Responsibilites

• Prepare Master Program and update progress monthly.
• Prepare Progress forecast of rolling programs and update of resources.
• Resolve any instrumentation issues & recording.
• Coordinate with services department about diversion work and schedule.
• Ensure overall site progress are updated according to schedule.
• Prepare monthly progress report for client/consultants.
• Assist Project Manager in the preparation and submission of verified work done to Quantity Surveyor.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree Civil Engineering and above or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction planning and programme coordination for railway projects.
• Computer literate with proficiency in planning software such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, P6 Primavera.
• Experience in LTA Projects will be advantage.
• Willing to be based at project site office and work 5.5 days.
