• Physically and medically fit with good eyesight in order to lead team of emergency officers to respond and mitigate emergencies at the aerodrome (you will be required to undergo a physical fitness assessment if shortlisted)
• Self-disciplined and composed under pressure
• Leadership qualities as well as good communication and writing skills
• Candidates with Class 3 driving license would be preferred
• Willing to perform shift duties
• No experience required

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Responsible for AR, AP, GL etc
• Handle monthly Vessel's Disbursement, Invoicing, GST submission etc
• Maintain good documentation and filing system.
• Good communication skills for both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS-Office and ABSS Accounting Software.
• Meticulous, good initiative and responsible.

Job Description

• You will be responsible for the daily operation of all matters relating to maintenance & management of the site
• Daily site inspection

Requiements

• Degree/Diploma in Property Management or equivalent
• Min 2-3 years of Facility &/or Property Management experience
• Knowledge in BMSMA & other relevant regulations
• Process good interpersonal & supervisory skill
