Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion in our upcoming projects. Job Description:

• Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modelers in the design and coordination works.

• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants.

• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E work with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.

• Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in all areas of day to day duties through the provision of ad-hoc administrative support to ensure the team works effectively.
