Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day Accounting operations, managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Revenue Recognition, and collaborating closely with the Accounting and Trade Departments to streamline processes, implement best practices, and enhance productivity.
• Prepare internal monthly and quarterly reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Consolidation packages, and variance analyses.
• Review accounting schedules, such as Fixed Assets, Prepayments, and Inventory, and ensure accurate postings in the SAP system.
• Assist in ensuring timely book closings and review manual entries for adjustments.
• Liaise with the Corporate Secretary on ACRA filing matters.
• Assist in Internal and External Audits, preparing financial statement notes and workings.
• Handle all tax matters, including GST, Corporation Tax, GTP, Withholding Tax, and Transfer Pricing Documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CA
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, and Audit, ideally within the Trading industry.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a team.
