• Microsoft 365: Manage M365 services like Exchange, SharePoint, Entra and Intune.

• Installation & Configuration: Set up and maintain IT equipment and software.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• System Security: Monitor performance and ensure IT system security.
• Network Security: Manage FortiGate Firewall for network security.
• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors and handle IT procurement.
• Documentation: Maintain IT process and procedure documentation.
• Project Participation: Support IT projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or relevant industry certifications, or relevant working experience.
• Good understanding of IT support and infrastructure management.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices in construction safety.
