• Construct scaffolding so plaster can be applied to ceilings and other hard-to-reach places and re-position it as needed
• Hang sheets to protect doors and windows from wet plaster and remove light switch covers
• Remove all tools and scaffolding from the job site and ensure high cleanliness standards are maintained at the end of every work day

• Responsible for implementation of work on-site and all other related matters
• Ensure that all works carried out meet company’s quality standards and requirements
• To be involved in manpower and machinery deployment
• Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
• To co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation
• Support Project Manager and Engineers
• Control material wastage and manage workers on site
• Ensure project specifications are fulfilled & that company regulations are being adhered to
• Ensure good Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
• Understand the brand portfolio, vision, and target audience, integrating fresh and innovative ideas into visual concepts.
• Design a variety of visuals (e.g. graphics, GIFs, and videos), customized for each marketing channel to maximize impact and engagement
• Design visually appealing email marketing campaigns with interactive elements to boost open and click-through rates.
• Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in design innovation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
