Job Description

• Lead a team of technicians in managing data center operations
• Manage and track all activities from a hotline and ticketing system
• Handle faults and incidents reported by clients, vendors, and stakeholders; and ensure all issues are resolved
• Monitor data center infrastructure and support systems, reporting and escalating issues as required.
• Perform data centre operations support (e.g. on-site support, power cycling, inspections, troubleshooting, installations, etc.)
• Carry out inter/intra cabling works, onboarding, server installations, network equipment set up, parts upgrading, etc.
• Ensure that all works carried out adheres to SOPs that have been set out
• Asset and inventory management
• Provide reports and updates to stakeholders
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide financial reporting services and prepare client financial statement packages for clients and properties.
• Apply cash and accrual accounting principles to prepare, analyse, maintain and deliver complete and accurate financial reports in a timely manner.
• Undertake financial analysis and variance commentary in monthly reporting packs.
• Create and post journal entries; ensure that all expenses, receipts, owner's distributions, funding requests and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately posted.

• Process payment runs including funds requests.
• Preparation of GST schedules for quarterly lodgement.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 3-5 years prior accounting, finance or related experience required.
• Experience with real estate accounting software (MRI / Yardi) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Able to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers and to effectively present information.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and possess initiative, and at the same time can thrive in a team environment.
• Able to meet deadlines of the portfolio's requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• In charge of design Team to carry out façade design works.
• Organize and plan a design works to meet construction schedule.
• Provide leadership and manage the team members in a professional manner, e.g., allocation of work, providing guidelines to them in drafting to maintain the quality, improving productivity, checking drawings and cutting list profiles etc.
• Ensure design, drawings, and all other deliverables meet the standard requirements, specifications and within scope of works.
• Identify additional work/variations to the Project Manager / Contract Manager for processing/approval of the variation order.
• To coordination between Design Team, Consultants, Main Contractor and other contractors.
• Assist site team in resolution of site clashes.
• Participate in workshops and lead, review and comment of shop drawings in terms of constructability, sequencing and ensure quality of the design is maintained throughout.
• Manage the design change process to ensure minimal impact to project schedule and minimize cost impacts as a result of such design change.
• To resolve any unforeseen interface problems throughout the various design phases.

Job Requirements

• Required skills: design development, design management.
• Knowledge and skills in Revit and Rhino are advantage, at least is able to read and extract information from 3D models prepared in Revit or Rhino format.
• Possess good communications and people skills
• Good organization, coordination and leadership skills
• Minimum 5 years working experience in façade design

Project Management

• To responsible for the effectiveness of project execution, site progression and successful completion within agreed time, cost, quality and safety & health
• To map out master construction program and to monitor site work progression at regular intervals
• To oversees the project team and subcontractors in delivery of project on time in accordance to contractual/ agreed completion dates/ work phases
• To plan, manage and monitoring of Projected Revenue (S-Curve) and Preliminaries Cost within the approved budget allocated
• To ensure quality delivery of project in meeting Client’s expectations, Quality Mark (QM) and satisfying authorities/ regulatory requirements

Job Description - Quality Assurance

· Review of project quality requirements, project quality plan (PQP), method statements, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and inspection checklists.

· Develop inspection and test plan (ITPs) and inspection checklists based on project works specifications.

· Assists in projects’ internal quality management system audit and quality inspection audit.

· Data collection and documentation for defects monitoring and trend analysis in measuring project quality performance and root cause investigation and analysis to improve project performance.

· Promote the best practices in project quality management to reduce the cost of poor quality and to improve work productivity.

Job Description - Quality Control

· Conduct onsite in-process inspections or periodic site/factory quality surveillance inspections.

· Monitor and verify site execution works whether the established work procedures, inspections and approved submittals are being followed accordingly.

· Identity, record and highlight to Project Manager of any identified non-conformances or potential quality issues or risks.

· Issue and monitor closure of Quality Observation Reports (QARs), Internal Non-conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective/Preventive Action Requests (C/PARs)

· Verify the implementation of solutions and control further works or processes until the non-conformities or deficiencies have been resolved.

· Conduct internal inspection of mock-up unit, CONQUAS/QM pre-assessment and pre-handing over inspection.

· Preparation of periodic QA/QC Reports, maintenance of quality records and any necessary QA/QC documentations at project sites.

The Project Engineer manages all aspects of the construction site, from site preparations to build-out.
