• Accreditation with Singapore IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) is preferred.
• Experience in restoration, civil & structural engineering, or project management is advantageous.
• Skills in Microsoft Office suite and CAD software (BIM and point cloud processing capability preferred).
• Flexibility to rotate between the office and on-site work; willingness to travel and work overseas if there is a business need.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the implementation of projects to guarantee its timely and seamless completion
• Regular site meetings and inspections to inspect work timeline, requirements, and contract designs.
• Examine and offer recommendations about all claims made by contractors.
• Update user with a weekly progress report.
• Arrange and lead a project meeting every week.
• Documentation pertaining to the fulfillment of the contract, contractor payment, DLP, and compilation of NSC O&M manuals.
• Examine and verify the completed work before transferring ownership.

Requirements:

• Min diploma in civil engineering, building construction management, architecture, interior design, or it's equivalent
• At least 2 years related working experience
• Previous experience in Office commercial project experience is an added advantage
• Able to lead a team

· Fully responsible for day to day operation of building / condominium

· Supervise and coordinate all maintain and administrate staff assigned to the building/ condominium

· Carry out maintenance function to the highest standard expect for the client and the subsidiary proprietor

· Lead a team of personal providing maintenance, security , administrative and car park management

· Ensure all contract work / routine service are carried out according as specified in their contract agreement

· Review all contract, agreement and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation/tender.

· Co-ordinate council meeting and annual general meeting

· Diploma or degree in estate management

· Conversant in building management and strata management act.
