• Prepare audit schedules and handle/liaise queries from auditors for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit
• Prepare quarterly accounts for GST submission to IRAS
• Prepare Tax Computation for clients on half yearly basis
• Involve in budget preparation.
• Arrears Management.

Requirements:

• LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of related experience; preferably from Property
• Management / Real Estate industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
