Responsibilities:

• Supervise the in-house maintenance team and conduct daily inspections to ensure all maintenance issues are addressed promptly and standards are met.
• Review and oversee submission of inspection and cleaning reports from supervisors to maintain operational efficiency.
• Optimize storage, transportation, space planning, and the arrangement of event and meeting facilities within the premises.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, or a related discipline with at least 3 years of experience, preferably with M&E or civil/building expertise.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills for handling tenant feedback and operational issues.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and fire safety requirements specific to industrial settings.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and cost management related to facility operations.
