Duties:

• Perform proactive and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment (e.g., telephone, lifts, ACMV, fire protection, plumbing).
• Ensure all systems are functioning well; source quotations and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Conduct routine inspections across various facilities within the Group.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders/vendors on maintenance, repairs, and scheduling.

• Min 2 years of relavant experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading Project team from conceptual design to handing over to client.
• Ensure the project meets the project schedule/ work program.
• Ensure the project is in line with Health, Safety & Environmental requirements and local regulations.
• Coordinate interface activities from testing, installation, and delivery.
• Maintaining the highest standards in delivering the project following Client and stakeholders' (internally & externally) Policies & Procedures.
• Managing and ensuring resources, manpower, materials, and contractors are in line with the project plan.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and successfully performed according to the contract.
  Ensuring and managing the Cost, Quality, and delivery of the project.
  Ensuring that all works are reviewed regularly, identify and resolve issues if any.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Having experience in Railway or Trackwork project experience is mandatory.
