Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Minimum 10 years of direct experience in commercial interior renovation, workplace planning and strong time management programming, building construction, life safety and building codes

Job Description

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM – 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor at construction sites.
• Assist in loading and unloading building materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools of all types, including air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble and debris.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete and other materials.
• Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers.
• Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
• Assist in the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and frames.
• Perform minor repairs on existing structures.

Objective

• Assist the Finance Manager/Senior or Finance Executive to handle Accounts Payables
• Assist and support the Finance Manager in delivering high standards of finance services in a property management environment

Key Responsibilities

• Handle expense approvals and purchase orders and ensure they are inputted into Yardi system accurately and timely
• Process invoices for payments within stipulated timeline
• Handle refunds timely
• Handle all AP invoices/credit notes entries
• Handle all cashbook entries
• Maintain and update financial reports
• Prepare payment vouchers and cheque issuance
• Assist in daily administrative tasks including liaising with vendor.
• Maintain records and supporting documents in accordance with company policies and compliance.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments when necessary

• Undertake preventive and corrective maintenance, including basic troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Supervise scheduled contractor work and report the progress.

• Prepare and submit maintenance reports, checklists, and monthly work reports.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety measures.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Higher NITEC in Electrical/ Mechanical or Any Engineering Discipline.

• Reports to Safety Manager
• Provide administrative support such as data-entry, documentation, printing and filing for HSE team
• Arrange internal and external training and update HSE training matrix
• Manage and distribute HSE documents
• Receive HSE Audit reports and follow up with the closeout of audit action items
• Establish and maintain HSE registers, databases and statistical data entry
• Assist in the compilation of monthly reports and submissions
• Compile and prepare reports on weekly and monthly basis
• Ensure HSE Management filing system is maintained and up to date
• Assist WSHO to act as Deputy Secretary to write down minutes in HSE Committee meeting
• Support WSHO in corporate, internal and external Audits i.e. in handling Audit logistics
• Ad-hoc duties assign by WSHO/WSHC

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with Aconex and CMS Safety Software Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision

Job Scope :

• Repair and redecoration works for hdb or/and condominium;
• Onsite planning and managing of site teams;
• Project Management, including effective cost, time and quality control, manpower planning, Material Take Off & etc;
• Overall project schedule and expertise to meet project objectives and deliverables;
• Involve in negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers with commercial personnel where necessary;
• Liaise with clients and consultants on project requirements and attending meetings;
• Complete assigned projects on schedule and within budget;
• Identify any potential safety risks within projects and putting in place strategies to mitigate any risks;
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures;
