Reviewed and coordinated subcontractors’ drawings and materials ensuring the interfacing within the related
trades were well coordinated.
• Responded to client, consultant, and subcontractor queries via phone calls, Whatsapp messages and emails.
• Co-chaired meeting with façade and design managers, updated weekly submission timelines, and prepared
meeting minutes and agenda.
• Supported construction managers by collaborating possible solutions to on-site issues and seeking architect’s
approval before commencing on site.
• Liaised with the contracts department to validate subcontractor claims for variation orders based on design
changed approved by consultants.
• Accurately recorded all design changes by the consultant through emails and communicated it with the team
to facilitate on-site amendments when necessary.
• Occasionally visited the project site to gain understanding of the site issues (due to interfacing of different
trades), raising RFI’s and monitored site progress.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management or other relevant discipline
Exceptional communication skills necessary, both written and verbal
Minimum 5 years professional experience documenting health projects
