Job Description :
1.To study structural and architectural drawings, do pre-computation work
2.Obtain survey data from Registered Surveyors and Local Authorities
3.Update construction drawings for site instructions (M&E, ARCHI, STRUCTURE)
4.Coordinate daily work progress with site surveyors
5.Prepare for all as-built plan for TOP clearance
6.Coordinate with Registered surveyor, consultant, architect to resolve drawing discrepancies.
7.Perform any other duties as and when required.
Qualifications:
1.Diploma/bachelor’s degree with a major in surveying or qualification in Land or Engineering Surveying, or any other related qualifications
2.Minimum of 5 years’ construction survey experience
3.Understanding of survey equipment hardware and software
4.Knowledge of machine control functions and settings
5.Understanding of accuracy, tolerances, basic QA/QC and essential documentation
6.Work effectively with those of diverse backgrounds and organisational levels
7.Adaptive, effective communication and active listening skills
