Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the critical environment within the data centre are properly maintained and operated and that all safety and Global Switch procedures are adhered to.

The Facilities Shift Manager oversees the outsourced FM Contractor and Specialist Contractor resources carrying out maintenance and reactive works throughout the data centre.

Overall Role
This position will be required to work closely with both the Design and Construction Manager and client to play a pivotal role in driving project success. Key Responsibilities:

• • Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in all daily tasks and matter within the Sales & Marketing Department.
• • Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in our Company, including identifying potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to Company pricing policies.

• • Refresh Company website and marketing materials frequently and organize marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and awareness.

• • Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.

• • Read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as AutoCAD.

• Conduct feasibility study to develop basic and detailed engineering designs.
