ROLES&RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Update Daily Manpower Report (based on submission from BUs, QA/QC and HSE)
• Transport Arrangement for site workers/staff for (daily and weekend)
• Petty Cash Reimbursement - collect the petty cash claims and maintain the records for all site staffs
• Preparing cash journal for site expenses
• Request site access card/activity code card for site personnel
• Maintain the records for issue of access card/activity code card
• Issuing of stationery for site staffs
• Replenish stationery/pantry items
• Prepare the Procurement Plan for stationery/pantry items with the guide of Construction Manager
• Man-hours/timecards submission to HRD
• Arrange the necessary things such as dinner, transport etc. for overtime work
• Site meeting arrangement
• Responsible for collating, issuing and purchasing of stationeries and others for site personnel
• Collect the invoices from vendor and send to main office
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks when required

• Request and plan min Two days in advance for full PPE(if applicable), schedule of SIC, site location and contact Personal on the first day of work.
• Attend complete orientation, introduction of superior, JSJD clear scope of work and necessary drawing or documents' on First day of work on site.
• Able to manage and supervision to 30 (3 foreman) pax of workforce.
• Manage and monitor the foreman and workers for right attitude, behaviour and manner working at sites .
• Ensure and understanding in detail Scope of Work, Specifications, Basic Design and project schedule milestones.
• Equipment Engineer in Mechanical field (Refinery , Chemical or Other related discipines)
• Ensure and understanding in detail fabrication, erection, piece mark, assembly & layout drawings.
• Read the MSRA for each activities and plan for requirements.
• Ensure during and after installation structure diagonal and verticality to be align.
• Read the ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) and make sure construction quality is met.
• Plan the materials requirement and coordinate with project procurement engineer.
• Attend the project safety site walks and actively involve in safety improvements .
• Check and monitor the FS (Field Change Sheet/Design Change) drawings and update to Project Engineer for additional claims .
• Conduct daily and weekly site construction meeting with team
• Check the project required mandatory courses for structure crew and arrange for training in line with training matrix
• Coordinate with respective trainer and arrange the RFU trainings for each activity and monitor the training records
• Check and prepared the MTO and manhour for additional works, update to project engineer for VO (variation order) claim.
• Ensure the daily PTW for all work activities shall be covered by PTW system
• Check and ensure all site activates shall ongoing well with quality and safety .
• Plan and prepare minimum One month in advance Manpower, Material, Machinery as per given task.
• Prepare min 3 days in advance DWI to delegate to individual crew.
• Work Progress Update And Mitigation Plan Discussing In Daily Toolbox Meetings and Weekly Meetings.
• Monitor and Daily update for structure work status to Field Engineer.
• Manage & co-ordination of the subcontractors engaged in project at field side
• Check the integrity construction tools and equipments and arrange the service as required.
• Update feedback to construction superintendent for the site structural activates regularly.
• Upgrade to own self and attend the relevant industry training continuously to meet the market requirement and have the competency.
• Continuously monitor and identify the potential structure crew from workforce, coaching with leadership skills and update to HQ .

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers.
• Build customer relationships, support customers' project requirements and enquiries.
• Source new projects and markets to achieve sales targets set by our Company.
• Coordinate with internal and customers in scope of work and project executions, responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers.
• Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers.
• Maintain Company website, marketing materials and organize marketing initiatives
• Identify new market trends, business opportunities and generate monthly reports
• Maintain records for annual accounting and ISO audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possess own vehicle.
• Understand architectural and structural drawings, and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
