• Manage STRATA properties, including liaising with the STRATA committee, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with STRATA bylaws and regulations. Handle administrative tasks related to STRATA management, such as preparing agendas, minutes, and financial reports.
• Develop and manage budgets for properties and STRATA schemes. Monitor financial performance, including rent collections, operating expenses, and capital expenditures. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and STRATA committees.
