• Establish QAQC protocols / procedures to ensure to meet specifications and requirements.
• Conduct periodic technical meeting with consultants and specialist contractors & maintain inspection records and documentation of all completed works.
• Keep track on variation and claims of contract, time and cost implications and communicate information to Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Min 8 years of relevant work experience and 5 years experience in Precast Façade works.
• Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Architectural / Building/ Construction Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Attentive to details.
• Candidates with experience in Revit / Navisworks will have added advantage

• Responsible for general on site technical and engineering matters
• Responsible for the execution and successful completion of the project.
• Supervision and management of the project team
• Coordinate Builder's Work, to ensure quality control as well as compliance with drawings, completion on time.
• Liaising and coordinating with all parties.
• Overall projects planning, schedulling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.
• Ensuring site safety and work environment safe
• Other adhoc assigned

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of RFQ’s
• Source for quotation for materials and service
• Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
• Prepare settlement for final account
• Manage Contracts administration
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim etc.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in QS or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of QS experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects
• Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration.
• Good knowledge in structural and architectural trades.
• Good time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks in charge.
