Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Conduct regular communication to ensure tenant satisfaction and maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships.
• Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of properties to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with external contractors and service providers for necessary repairs and upgrades.
• Assist in the preparation and management of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Keep accurate records of lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Building / Facilities / Real Estate or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Candidate with no experience with relevant Diploma are welcome to apply

Job Descriptions

• Perform day-to-day financial duties which include verifying, classifying, posting and recording.

• Assist the Project Manager in all project matters.

• Possess a recognized diploma in Engineering/Building/Construction Management/Architecture/NCCS with at least two years of relevant experience in building projects.
• Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
• Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that workplace.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
• To liaise with Resident Technical Officer / Resident Engineer for site inspections.
• To liaise with sub-contractors / suppliers and coordinate site works.
• Supervise structure / architectural / M&E works to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot site problems to ensure smooth progress of works.
• Arrange machinery / equipment and resources.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to construction drawings and specification.
• Ensure site safety & health measures are in place before and during construction.

Requirements:

· Able to read and understand engineering drawings.

· To carry out design works for aluminum doors & windows, curtain walls, steel structural

· Able to do Data Tabulation using Excel and other software.

· Min. 5-10 years working experience in design related field.

· Diploma/Degree in Civil/Building/Mechanical/Architecture Engineering

· Familiar with AutoCAD drafting and BIM design tools- Revit (3D)

· Possess relevant designing experience in Façade & Cladding.

· Proficient in English & Chinese

· Energetic, mature, creative & innovative

· Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

· Good interpersonal and communication skills
