Jobs Description:
1. Take responsibility for subcontractor coordination, scheduling and quality control
2. Reading and interpreting detailed construction documents and specifications.
3. Oversees the work of construction management and monitor compliance with the contract.
4. Monitor progress of the overall design as related to construction requirements.
5. Experience tracking, reviewing and responding to RFIs, Submittals and change order requests.
6. Coordinate and manage project quality assurance and control, and inspection services.
7. Prepare and update project schedules, pay requests, and daily, weekly, and monthly progress, budget, and schedule management report.
8. Attends progress meetings and reports on contracts status.
9. Able to resolves design and field construction problems.
10. Advices on contents of operations and maintenance manuals.
11. Recommends policy and procedure improvements.
12. Monitor field implementation of pollution controls for dust, noise and vibration.
13. Conducts site audits ad testing.
14. Communications and implements safety rules, policies and procedure in support of the agency’s safety vision and goals. And maintains accountability for the safety performance of all assigned employees.
15. Experience reviewing and analyzing construction claims.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 10 years of engineering experience and viaduct railway trackwork construction management experience with recognized Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the client.
· At least 5 years of experience in the design of trackwork projects of similar scale and complexity of Project J150.
· Construction or design certificates.
