Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and submission of tender quotations and ensure timeline are met for every tender.
• Quantity take-off for all the tenders, in the form of manual measurement and update the amendment changes of the tender
• During tender stages, sourcing of quotation for rates and technical data are required due to every project’s requirement varies.
• Arrange and carry out tender interview, negotiate of price with suppliers and subcontractors including of preparation of sub-contract agreement / letter of award.
• Monitoring progress claims and payments, sub-contractors payment, certification, VO submission and final accounts
• Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in QS works in Singapore construction firm.
• Proficient in MS Office and other Measurement Software

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving and executing the construction of buildings and infrastructure.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Must have more than 15 years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering works
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills and strong analytical skills in bilingual
• Equipped with leadership skills in which able to lead the engineers in completing the jobs.
• Able to work 6 days per week at the Site office.
• Experienced in the construction of high-rise buildings of at least 100m high, with deep basement structures.

Job Description

This position will provide full time environmental health and safety support to the construction site operations and will ensure that all practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Safety Policies

Developing and implementing safety policies helps employers reduce accident-related costs and prevent losses due to a decline in productivity. The safety officer determines what policies are needed and solicits input from managers and workers. Once a policy has been finalised, the safety officer alerts worker about the change and monitors compliance.

Workplace Inspections

Safety officers inspect interior and exterior work areas to determine if thre are any safety hazards. During these inspections, a safety officer looks for broken equipment and damaged equipment, slip and fall hazards and other potential hazards. The officer also observes workers to ensure that they are wearing required personal protective equipment and following company safety policies. In the construction industry, safety officers check the stability of scaffolding, ensure that workers use hard hats and protective footwear and check to make sure employees operate construction equipment in a safe manner.

Accident Investigations

When a workplace accident occurs, a safety officer conducts an investigation to determine why the accident happened. The officer may question witnesses, inspect the accident scene and take pictures of any property damage. Once the safety officer determines the cause of the accident, he writes a report detailing the cause and provides recommendations that can help prevent future accidents.

• Purchase/leasing, maintenance and inventory of office fixed assets such as office equipment, furniture & fittings, telephone, mobile phone, fax machine, photocopier, aircon, water dispensers, etc

• Keep track of monthly office expenses and verification of supplier invoices

• Other duties as required

Requirements:
