- Provide BIM modelling and CAD design services support to the Built Environment industries

- Ensure that BIM models are created and maintained in accordance with the specified BIM standard, as well as the client’s specification and statutory regulations

- Generate documentation and shop drawings from the BIM model

- Participate in the design, coordination of the BIM model for drawing submission up to approval stage.

Requirement

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Green Building and Sustainability)

- Fresh graduates can apply as training will be provided

• Conduct design review of the design submission by the Contractor to ensure design compliance and constructability. A duly endorsed design review report shall be submitted to SDC.
• Review, verify and accept all design and technical submissions, including construction drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, manual, drawings and design calculation of temporary works, equipment, duration, frequency, alert and stop work levels for safe execution of the construction works, etc. submitted by the Contractor.
• Prepare response to any design, technical, construction or contractual queries from Contractor and obtain approval from SDC prior to issuance of the response.
• Assist SDC in the engagement and the liaison of any other specialists consultants / contractor required by the authorities, such as Accredited Checker and Accredited Checker (Geo) services, Registered Inspectors, instrumentation and monitoring specialist contractor, etc.
• Review suitability of the site supervisory team proposed by the Contractor and make recommendations to SDC.

Requirements:

• RTO Need to registered with BCA and possess at least 5 years relevant experience in supervision of underground construction works such as pipe jacking or tunneling, to support the SO for construction supervision purposes.

Construction Supervisor

The Construction Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the construction of projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

· Manage and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring that they are safe and productive.

· Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure that they are safe, and that work is being completed to code.

· Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.

· Prepare and submit reports on the status of projects.

· Administer contracts and manage budgets.

· Stay up to date on the latest construction technologies and practices.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in construction supervision.

· Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

• Establish client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies
• Attend onsite and consultants’ meetings and liaise with clients, architects and associate consultants in the administration of projects
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project costs
• Prepare various main building contracts, piling contracts and nominated sub-contracts for tender and contract formalization
• Measure and take off quantities for architectural and structural work elements
• Administer pre and post contract and consultancy work
• Assess variation orders, prepare interim valuations, cost plans and budget studies
• Compile contract documents for execution
• Understand and adhere to the statutory building regulations
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance of project work
• Allocate work to subcontractors
• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
• Maintain awareness of different building contracts in current use
• Valuing completed work and arrange payments
• Provide advice on contractual claims

Responsibilities

• Follow security and emergency procedures as defined for the property
• Supervision to all A&A, rectification and routine maintenance work related to office premise, M&E maintenance work and services, etc
• Evaluate quotation and tender for works and submit recommendations to client for approval
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for organisation online social platform
• Execute and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
