Duties and Responsibilities :

Be aware of the requirements of current EHS legislations and client’s requirements, and establish procedures to monitor compliance.

Hold a legal register describing the Singapore WSH Act, Code of practice, Singapore Standard (SS) rules and give advice to project management team related to Singapore rules and regulations

Compile and analyze accident / environmental statistics and provide results achieved to site management.

Establish and maintain a line of communication with site management for day-to-day EHS activities.

Electrical BIM Engineer (Training Provided)

• Support tender process by ensuring tendering documents are in order.
• Assist in the collection and update of data to support CDL’s Environment, Health & Safety Policy.
• Update development progress information and cost control reports.
• Cover duties of admin colleagues during their absence.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business Administration and Private Secretarial Diploma.
• At least 8-10 years’ working experience in serving senior management positions.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.Able to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
• Good communication skills, verbally and written.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good team player.
• Good with data collection and analysis.
