Job Description

• Monitor and maintain fleet marine operations status
• Attend on board vessels to carry out surveys and investigations pertaining to vessel fuel.
• Co-ordinate with crews onboard, foreman and liaise with them in respect of work schedules and requirements.
• Handling port Clearance Matters
• Monitor vessels daily performance at sea to minimize delays, claims and/or disputes
• Calculating the diesel usage from one location to another and determine the amount of diesel given to the tugboats.
• Maintain direct communication, including frequent visits with crews.
• Ensure safe operations of the vessels and compliance to all international marine requirements
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by immediate superior

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving and executing the construction of buildings and infrastructure.
• Supported by project managers and his/her team collaborates with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors to make sure that the construction runs smoothly.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Must have more than 20 years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering works
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills and strong analytical skills in bilingual
• Equipped with leadership skills in which able to lead the engineers in completing the jobs.
• Able to work 6 days per week at the Site office.
• Experienced in the construction of high-rise buildings of at least 100m high, with deep basement structures.
• Possess excellent leadership, planning, good management skills, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills to lead a team of engineers and contractors while liaising with peers and colleagues from various departments. Possess the mental and physical stamina to take on numerous challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines/vision.
