• Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
• Check assigned activities at site and ensure quality and safety

• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ Degree.
• Able to lead and work independently.

• Good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently.

Job Scope :

• Support the Project Manager (PM) in executing installations and coordinating site activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Take a leadership role within the respective depot team.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, ensuring smooth and timely delivery through effective planning.
• Report all site and cost-related matters to the Project Manager.
• Understand and update the 4-week rolling program derived from the approved baseline program. Additionally, prepare monthly valuations for subcontractors/vendors based on site progress, and assist the PM in issuing monthly payment response certificates. Maintain close communication with the project team to ensure timely availability of materials and manpower resources for work execution.

Job Requirement:

• Candidates with Electrical/Project Management/Construction background will have added advantage
