• Ensure production process is under control as specification
• Conduct suppliers’ quality audits for compliance, prepare quality and feedback reports.
• Assists in resolving customer quality and safety concerns
• To liaise with authorities (eg, SFA) on related Food Safety / License issues when required.
• Conduct hygiene training, daily inspection of process workers, process rooms and related areas

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Microbiology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working in Quality and Regulatory related field in Food, preferably from FMCG
• Knowledge of Food/Product regulatory requirement and registration/licensing requirement
• Familiar with manufacturing/sampling processes and retailer QA/QC practices

· Submits and maintains projects’ safety documentation.
