• Assist project manager in planning and execution of project plans at the construction site,
• Execute project plan and ensure works are completed as per the schedule and in accordance with contract specification and design drawing.
• Ensure the construction site fulfills the authority's code of practice and complies with house safety rules & regulations.
• Handle correspondence job paperwork and submission.
• Liaise with all parties involved in the project, including authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and inspections, regularly report on progress, and monitor the schedule.
• Prepare site meeting minutes, monitor work schedules, project costing, and procurement, and coordinate with all parties to ensure work progress is completed within the target time and budget.
• Supervise and report the progress of the work to the Project Manager.
• Update construction drawings,
• Give feedback to the project manager on any issue encountered on-site and propose a feasible solution.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager,
• Review of civil & structural working drawings and shop drawings
• Organizing regular meetings with sub-contractor’s technical teams to resolve technical problems in pre-construction and construction phase.
• Preparation of RFI for site inspection for construction, MPI test, welding works and post concrete works and also involving in site inspections with RTO.
• Reviewing and site supervision of site work.
• Assisting project manager for planning and preparing daily progress reports.
• Tracking and optimizing manpower for each works.

Job Description

• Assist the Project Manager to coordinate design detailing between Clients and Consultants
• Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of reports and presentation to management, clients and stakeholders
• Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project
• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mock up, and materials as well as supervise work progress
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements
• Resolve all site architectural issues (eg drawings discrepancies, method statements or correspondences) and implement the right methods to ensure quality and productivity, using BIM software or equivalent
• Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive work
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site and ensuring the work is on schedule and carried out safely
• Inspect, resolve and monitor rectifications for in-progress work
• Preparations and coordination on QM/ CONQUAS Assessments
• Compilations and handing-over of Architectural documentations including As-built drawing submissions

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalentwith minimum 3 years relavant working experience
• Proficient in project management and architectural trades
• Proficient in trades coordination via Revit/Bentley platform
• Eye for details in architectural shop drawings
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment

· BIM Modelling & Coordination of

· Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models

· Clash detection report and options for resolution

Requirements:

· Diploma or equivalent in Arhitectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical

· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in construction industry

· Well versed in Revit
