• Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
• Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
• Close coordination and communication of work with managers, project staff, consultants and clients
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/ Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum possess at CGE O Level / relevant Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Structural or related field. Experience in PPVC projects is an advantage
• Must be WAH Supervisor / BCSS
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in structural works
• Able to work independently and in a team

*Good at communication and diligent.

*Good command of both Chinese and English.

*Meet and/or exceed quotas.

*Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.

*Develop strong, ongoing relationship with prospects and customers.

*Prospect and qualify new slaes leads.

Job Responsibility:

• To control all vehicles and visitors to the construction site
• Log the listing of all vehicles, deliveries and visitors on the construction site
• Escorting visitors to the construction office
• Secure entrance during non-operating hours
• Foot patrol of construction site

Job Requirements:

• Minimum CGE O level and possess security experience at construction sites
• Alertness – Always to be alert and aware of his surroundings
• Physical Fitness – Must be physically fit
