5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:Ensure that all construction work meets architectural, safety, and quality standards.
   Conduct site inspections to assess the quality of work and identify any issues that need corrective action.
   Manage and oversee the final handover of completed projects to clients, ensuring full compliance with project requirements.
   
6. Risk Management:Identify potential risks related to design, construction, or budget, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
   Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on-site to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
   

Responsibilities:

• Answering of customer calls, emails etc
• Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customers’ orders
• Monitor customers’ aging report and payments received
• Key in customers orders
• Liaise with operations team to ensure timely delivery
• Provide support to sales & logistics team
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Admin / Customer Service roles
• Able to multi-task
• Team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• 5.5 work days
• 4 to 6 months contract for Maternity Cover

• Assist on construction processes with project director and manager
• Supervise sub-cons and workers, ensure that work done are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
• Ensure all work done is carried out as per construction drawings
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting, inspections and convey clear instruction accordingly
• BCSS required
• Able to work well with foreign workers from Myanmar & Bangladesh
• Able to speak in English
• Problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple task
