Responsibilities:

• Implement security procedures and protocols as per Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Conduct patrols and security checks.
• Monitor the Fire Command Centre and Guard house.
• Assist in enforcing removal of items from common property by unit occupants.
• Manage unauthorized vehicle parking.
• Perform other security duties as required.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid Security Licence issued by PLRD / SIRD.
• RTT certification is advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a security officer.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Permanent night shift from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• 6 off days per month.
