• Organize HSE promotion and health campaigns
• Assist Safety Officer in planning and directing the HSE functions
• Any other duty required to be performed by ECO

Requirements

• Must be NEA Registered ECO
• Registered ECO with more than 3 years post-registration and relevant practical experience in Civil Engineering Construction works with LTA Projects
• Good knowledge of Government Regulations relating to Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental
• Preferred to have experience in managing OHSAS 18K, ISO 14K, ISO9K

• Carry out regular building inspection according to Quality Control Procedures
• Carry out regular inspection on tenanted premises and tenanted buildings according to Authority requirements
• Prepare reports and summary of inspection to respective FOMs and the authority
• Liaise with BCA, or other agency on building issues / clarification when required
• Provide technical advices on solution / proposal / cost estimate to the site operation team & project management team when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Building Services /Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of relevant experience in Building Maintenance; Construction Projects as Quantity Surveyor or Building Inspector
• Certificate on Building Inspection / Façade Inspection is advantageous
